These courses are designed to overcome Chinese businesses’ language barriers; tailored to the needs of Chinese cooking; save time and provide alternative methods of learning for long term benefits of the learners.

Distance learning is a recognised form of food safety training in the Industry Guides to Good Hygiene Practice.The training handbooks are written in a user friendly format in Chinese to tackle the language barriers that the Chinese learners may have.

Course includes exercises and an assessment to test candidate’s knowledge. Learners can digest and practise what they learn at their speed and over the time length they prefer.

On completion of the course candidates can take tests to access their knowledge and understanding.
The course is available mainly through long distance learning.
