We understand that you are doing a very important job. Sometimes it is very frustrating that you find a problem but can not find a solution for the business. We are here to help you and the business to work together to fix the problem as soon as possible.

If you are an environtmental health officer and you are concerned with a leaner’s knolwege and understanding of food safety regulation after a inspection at a premises, you are welcome to send us the inspection report. We will help you to work with the owner of the premises, to make sure that addtional training is provided and problems are addressed to improve their current food hygiene at that restaurant or takeaway. All the problems identified in the improvement notice report are fixed. All these are included as part of our training package.
